roast duck with Grand Marnier Saucep1000807.jpgThe menu:  phyllo spinach, pumpking soup, glazed ham, roast duck with citrus Grand Marnier sauce, ribben pasta with wild stewed mushrooms and port, glazed carrots and turnips, parsley potatoes, berry triffle and strawberry dessert.  Consumed with a very good and expensive Margaux, Erdener Treppchen Riesling and Heinekin .
